Vehicle Tyres
Scrap tyres are an increasing disposal problem – they emit toxic gas when they degrade on a dump, yet they are a valuable source of energy if used as a fuel. In addition, some shredding and separation processes are available which can produce clean steel from the embedded tyre wire.
Darley & Associates have an extensive knowledge of the processes available for generating energy and other by-products from scrap vehicle tyres, having worked on a number of projects over the years.
Scrap vehicle tyres contain valuable energy and hi-grade steel both of which can be recovered
An energy from waste plant should be equipped with much safer electrical fittings than this!
